Developing leaders who bring about positive change
Leadership Lawton Fort Sill is a community leadership development program that has been established to promote individual leadership skills that will better serve our community. Our program is designed to develop that talents and broaden the perspectives of present and future community leaders.
Each year a class of about 18 participants from diverse ethnic, cultural and economic backgrounds are exposed to issues and organizations affecting life in Lawton, Comanche County and the state of Oklahoma. They participate in a series of activities designed to enhance their leadership potential.
